The 33m La Galigo liveaboard is a traditional two-masted Phinisi sailing boat designed by an avid diver with liveaboard diving lifestyle and comfort in mind.

La Galigo has 7 privately controlled air-conditioned en-suite cabins each with an American style deep spring mattress double bed.
For added luxury you can choose ’The Suite’, which has everything you need for your ultimate liveaboard experience, including a private balcony, a 48” HD TV and 270 degree views.

The main deck is home to the spacious living and dining area, which offers a large TV, well stocked book case and many power points for charging and preparing laptops, camera and video equipment.
This is also where will you enjoy the International and Indonesian dishes that the head chef has prepared.
Vegetarian and Vegan requests can easily be accommodated with advance notice.

For further relaxation there are also outdoor living areas where you can lounge in reclining chairs enjoying the tranquil ocean breeze.
The dive deck is located at the back of La Galigo with plenty of space to kit up and enjoy the spectacular scuba diving of Raja Ampat.

La Galigo - prices and what's included

Prices are per person per trip and based on 2 persons sharing a cabin.
Exact pricing is available on the schedule here as prices vary dependant on the time of year, destination and the length of the trip and sometimes special offers are available.

The trip price includes
Hotel transfers to and from Sorong Harbour / Labuan Bajo on the first and final day of your cruise, from a local hotel in Sorong / Labuan Bajo.
All meals, non packaged snacks, coffee and tea, and post dive refreshments.
Diving services including tanks, weights, smb rental, reef hook rental, air fills (non nitrox), guides and dive tenders.
Land excursions.

Flight tickets
Visas and fees
Airport taxes and extra baggage fees
Airport to hotel transfers
Port, Ranger and Marine Park fees
Raja Ampat / Komodo tags or other marine protected area tags or anchorage charges.(Raja Ampat North: $285 per person per trip, Raja Ampat South: $255 per person per trip, Ultimate Raja Ampat: $330 per person per trip, Jurassic Komodo: $160 per person per trip, Ultimate Komodo: $190 per person per trip.)
Dive rental equipment
Nitrox- $25 per day, up to 4 tanks per day.
Dive courses and certification, (price on application).

Fuel surcharges** (may fluctuate with markets, you may be asked to pay an extra fuel allowance up to 30 days prior to departure)

Dive insurance is mandatory as is your own personal dive computer (You can rent one for the trip if you do not have your own).
As well as the Mandatory Dive Insurance we highly recommend Trip and Travel Insurance on the off chance of missed or cancelled flights / lost baggage, documents, money or passport / Covid issues or any other unforeseen problems that could possibly occur.
Dive Assure Insurance offers cover for all these eventualities as well as complete Dive Insurance all in one package.

Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions.
Booking deposit: 30% of your invoice total is required within 7 days of booking to confirm your booking.
Final payment of 70% is due to 90 days prior to the departure date to complete your invoice payment.
Individual bookings made less than 90 days before the departure date will be payable in full upon booking to confirm your booking.
Cancellation at any stage involves forfeit of monies already payed.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, Wise, Credit or Debit card (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard) or Apple pay at no extra charge.

Upper Deck Suite
The Suite is the premium option when it comes to your liveaboard experience, with a 48” HD flatscreen TV, private lounge room with sofas and coffee tables, and an exquisite private balcony with seating for both dining and relaxing.
The balcony offers 270 degree panoramic views of the Archipelago, and is a delightful place to unwind after a hard days diving. With an oversized en-suite, powerful A/C system, and large American spring mattress, prepare to be comfy.
The Suite also has it’s own refrigerator.

Upper Deck Master Cabin
The Master cabins are located on the upper deck, a little more secluded, and a great place to wake up in the morning to witness sunrise, a room with a world class view.
Both the Master cabins have private en-suite facilities with hot running water, A/C with in-room control, and American spring mattresses for your comfort.
Both the Master cabins can either be prepared as two single beds or a double, so please let us know what is required when booking.

Lower Deck Deluxe Cabin
All of the Deluxe cabins come with a private en-suite bathroom with hot water showers, climate control, and American spring mattresses.
The Deluxe option is perfect for anyone who might suffer from sea sickness due to their lower positioning on the vessel and their tendency to move less if there is some swell.
The rear two deluxe cabins may be altered to accommodate 2 singles or 1 double, so please make us aware of your preference when booking.

Minimum Requirement
Please note diving in Raja Ampat and Komodo can present challenging conditions which requires all divers to be either Open Water certified with 40 logged dives or Advanced Open Water certified with 20 logged dives.
This is to ensure your safety on the trip.
