Mermaid 2 is a 32 metre, double engined steel motor yacht. One of the most comfortable diver boats in Indonesia, she easily accommodates 16 guests in 8 deluxe cabins and 2 guests in a Lower Deck Cabin.
All deluxe cabins are on the main deck with large sea view windows. 6 deluxe cabin have a double bed on the bottom with a single bed above making the cabin available for couples or singles and 2 deluxe cabins have just a double bed.
All deluxe cabins have a cabin wide sea view letting in the day light and scenery as you cruise to the next dive site.
Individual air conditioning means you control the temperature of your cabin or you may prefer to open the window and use the fan to circulate the air.
The Lower Deck Cabin has 2 bunk beds on the lower deck with an en-suite bathroom.

There is a wide stern dive platform with two exit ladders and fresh water showers.
The dive deck is huge with plenty of room to gear up, individual boxes for your dive gear, camera table and loads of rinse tanks.
The dining room is located on the main deck where delicious buffet style Asian and western meals are served.
The saloon is large and spacious with lounge suites and big windows, bar fridge, tea and coffee facilities, TV/DVD, music center, library and a full selection of marine life books.

There are two outside decks – the shade covered party deck has comfortable lounge chairs. The sundeck, located in front of the wheelhouse has full sun and cushioned sun platform.

Mermaid 2 - prices and what's included

Prices are per person per trip and based on 2 persons sharing a cabin.
Exact pricing is available on the schedule here as prices vary dependant on the time of year, destination and the length of the trip and sometimes special offers are available.

The trip price includes:
Transfer to and from the vessel anywhere in southern Bali on the day of departure and dis-embarkation for Komodo trips and transfer to and from Sorong airport to the boat and back on the Raja trips .
All meals & snacks, fruits, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks and drinking water
All dives
Tanks
Weights and weight belts
Diving with experienced Divemasters / Instructors.

The trip price does not include:
Nitrox fills
Rental equipment
On board courses
Alcoholic beverages
Domestic flight if applicable
Marine park fees. (Note : Port and National Park Fees are subject to change dependingon government regulation. Mermaid Cruise Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice. )
Dive insurance is mandatory as is your own personal dive computer (You can rent one for the trip if you do not have your own).
As well as the Mandatory Dive Insurance we highly recommend Trip and Travel Insurance on the off chance of missed or cancelled flights / lost baggage, documents, money or passport / Covid issues or any other unforeseen problems that could possibly occur.
Dive Assure Insurance offers cover for all these eventualities as well as complete Dive Insurance all in one package.
Please note: Due to a large increase in fuel prices all trips from September 2022 onwards Mermaid has added on a fuel surcharge of 20 Euros per day per guest.

Non diver rate is 90% of the stated price.
Single occupancy suppliment is 90% of the second place to have your own cabin (apart from in the single cabin)

Booking and Cancellation Terms and Conditions.
Booking deposit: 30% of your invoice total is required within 7 days of booking to confirm your booking.
Final payment of 70% is due to 90 days prior to the departure date to complete your invoice payment.
Individual bookings made less than 90 days before the departure date will be payable in full upon booking to confirm your booking.
Cancellation at any stage involves forfeit of monies already payed.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, Wise, Credit or Debit card (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard) or Apple pay at no extra charge.

Each cabin has individually controlled air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.
You can be assured of a fantastic night’s rest on a quality bed, fitted with minimum 300 thread count bed linens.

Lower Deck Twin Cabin
The standard cabin is located on the lower deck on MV Mermaid II.
The cabin has twin bunks, a vanity sink, individually controlled air-conditioning and shares a bathroom with one other cabin via adjoining doors.
You can be assured of a fantastic night’s rest on a quality bed, fitted with minimum 300 thread count bed linens.
