Arrival and departure questions and answers..

Embarkation for all Palau itineraries begins at 5:00 PM (17:00) on the designated embarkation day and as a result, the earliest check-in time is 5:00 PM, which is also the ideal check-in time.

The latest check-in time is 10:00 AM the following morning; however, guests checking in at that time will miss the first dive of the day.

Most guests arrive on embarkation day in the afternoon on the China Airlines flight, where they are met at the airport and transported to the boat.
Others choose to arrive after midnight on embarkation day (technically day 2) at approximately 2:00 AM, and they are also picked up from the airport and taken directly to the boat.
Guests who stay in a hotel prior to embarkation day are picked up between 4:30 PM and 5:00 PM if their hotel is located within Koror.
Hotels outside of the Koror area may incur a pick-up surcharge, with the amount depending on the hotel's distance from the embarkation point.

Since embarkation on day 1 begins at 5:00 PM, no diving activities take place on that day.
Diving begins on day 2.

Up to three dives are offered on the last diving day, which is the second-to-last day of the trip.
The final dive typically concludes at approximately 3:00 PM.

Checkout on the last day is available anytime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Guests have the option to participate in a complimentary Rock Island tour, which includes snorkeling, Milky Way, and a visit to Jellyfish Lake (subject to jellyfish presence).
This year, however, there are almost no visible jellyfish in the lake, and visiting the lake requires an additional fee of $50.
Due to the lack of visible jellyfish, visits to the lake are not currently included.

Most guests check out at 5:00 PM and take an afternoon or evening departure flight.
If required, late check-out (disembarkation) with dinner included is possible @ 100USD per person - (Standard check-out time is 1700Hrs), late check-out will allow you to disembark at midnight.
