White Pearl - prices and what's included

Prices are per person per trip and based on 2 persons sharing a cabin.
Exact pricing is available on the schedule here as prices vary dependant on the time of year, destination and the length of the trip and sometimes special offers are available.

The trip price includes :
Full-board accommodation with 3 meals for every full day onboard
Drinking water, coffee, tea, snacks
Fuel surcharge and GST
Two-way transfers between the designated airport of arrival/departure to and from White Pearl
3 guided dives a day (except 2nd last day) and 1 night dive
12-liter diving tanks, weights and weight belts
Complimentary Nitrox-filled diving tanks for qualified Nitrox divers
Free Wifi (limited speed, only for messaging, Instagram, FB, not streaming) The itinerary is very rich in activities apart from diving also such as Beach BBQ, cocktail Party, SUP, swimming pool, water slide, jetski, kayak, etc

The trip price does not include :
10% Government Service charge payable on board (based on your retail rate, this is a government mandated tax and replaces traditional crew gratuities)

Dive insurance is mandatory as is your own personal dive computer (You can rent one for the trip if you do not have your own).
We suggest Dive Assist Dive Insurance to you for your trip for basic dive insurance.
As well as the Mandatory Dive Insurance we highly recommend Trip and Travel Insurance on the off chance of missed or cancelled flights / lost baggage, documents, money or passport / Covid issues or any other unforeseen problems that could possibly occur.
Dive Assure Insurance offers cover for all these eventualities as well as complete Dive Insurance all in one package.

Single Occupancy offer:
If you would prefer a private room there is a single supplement of +80% in addition to the displayed trip price (180% of the advertised trip price) due to each cabin normally being for 2 persons.
If you are a solo traveller and are happy to share then you are charged at the normal advertised rate and you wil be allocated a cabin buddy, who will be another guest, by the cruise director once on board.
Please note: this is not available for the Master suite, the Master suite would be full price due to the exclusivity of this amazing Suite.

Booking Payment and Cancellation Terms and Conditions.
Booking deposit: 35% of your invoice total is required within 7 days of booking to confirm your booking.
Final payment of 65% is due to 90 days prior to the departure date to complete your invoice payment.
Individual bookings made less than 90 days before the departure date will be payable in full upon booking to confirm your booking.
Cancellation at any stage involves forfeit of monies already paid.
Payment can be made via Credit or Debit card (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard), Revolut pay, Wise, Bank transfer or Apple and Google pay at no extra charge.

Main Deck Master Suite Double or Twin
The Master Suite, situated on the main deck, offers a breathtaking sea view and features air conditioning, a television, and a safety deposit box.
Guests will have access to Wi-Fi and an ensuite bathroom and the suite is furnished with one double bed and two single bunk beds so can be a Twin cabin or a double cabin.

Main Deck Junior Suite
The two double bed junior suites on the main deck offer stunning sea views and are equipped with air conditioning, a television, and a safety deposit box.
Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi access and each suite includes an ensuite bathroom.

Upper Deck Deluxe Double / Twin Cabin
On the upper deck, you'll find six deluxe double / twin cabins that offer a wonderful sea view.
Each cabin is equipped with air conditioning, a television, and a safety deposit box.

Arrival and departure questions and answers..
What is the ideal check in time ? - After 12pm, best would be 12-16pm, but until 18pm is ok
What is the earliest check in time ? - 12pm, if there's no back to back trip we can make it in the morning after 9am
What is the latest check in time ? - Theoretically speaking until the evening is OK, but better before 18 pm
Where are you met on the day of boarding ? - The airport arrivals area
Is there a check out dive on the boarding day or it is the following morning ? - The first dive is the day following boarding
What time does diving end on the day before check out (how many dives on the last day) ? - Around 11:30am
What time is check out on the last day ? - 6 - 9am

On arrival:
You will be picked up at the airport on embarkation day from 12 PM in the afternoon and they will confirm your pick-up time based on arrival.
Please keep an eye on your email to receive such a confirmation 2-3 days before the departure date.
The friendly staff and crew will be dressed in uniform with Pearl Fleet's or the vessel's logo printed on them.
They will be ready to receive you right outside the arrival gate, for airport pick-ups.
Do keep a lookout for them holding a name paging board bearing the yacht's name and picture.
If you cannot find the staff outside the arrival gate, an additional meeting point is just 50 meters away, located in Dairy Queen/Burger King next to the departure entrance at the airport

On departure:
They will take you to the airport around 7 - 9 AM on the last day
